Mr. Venuto definitely fulfills any goals the reader may want to achieve in that respect, but he steers you farther — toward the wholistic development of the entire person through growth in every area that may be based on the reader’s desire to lose excessive body fat and grow muscle. Reading this book will get you to where you want to go physically through burning fat and feeding muscle, but additionally you will learn how those two endeavors will lead you to a better you who inhabits the better body that Mr. Venuto’s program brings about in your life.

I have done the cardio and the weight training just to get an idea how long it takes and how “hard” it would be. I found that they were not hard at all and took an hour at the most. I am anxious to receive the calorie counter so I can get started. He has laid things out very thoroughly and and comprehensively, I feel that I can follow his rules with just a bit of effort and I know that I will be able to have the strength back that I want.
