But milk is another story. If you’re trying to go low-carb, you may need to cut back on raw milk just while you’re trying to lose weight. OR you can prioritize the raw milk, but cut back on the carbs in other areas (i.e. no carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.).
Stand straight with your legs shoulder-width apart. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease if needed and set aside to cool lightly.
