Bath salt of the earth I’ve got a question.. I’ve seen your upper/lower and push/pull/legs routine.. honestly i can do both and fit in my schedule but the problem is im not satisfied with upper/lower because its kinda like a long session and it get boring.. the push pull legs seems much better for me.. but unfortunately as natty its not enough frequency as upper/lower is.. so what do you think if i did like that :
