I don't know how much weight we've lost, but just having the less bloat makes my tummy look smaller! Our goal is to make Skinny recipes for a whole week, then have a date night out. And down the road, we want to do it less (date nights) to say, one date night out every two weeks. We're slowly using things up and replacing things like ketchup with all natural ketchup. We used up all our white rice, so it's brown rice now, and so forth. I can't tell you how much I enjoy these Facebook groups/pages you gals have Created, the support that's available, the recipes, challenges, etc. I look forward to every aspect of it!
