Not only are we saving huge amounts of money, as a meal normally feeds us, as well as provides leftovers for lunches, but we feel lighter, less bloated & heavy, more energetic and the list goes on. I don't know how much weight we've lost, but just having the less bloat makes my tummy look smaller! Our goal is to make Skinny recipes for a whole week, then have a date night out. And down the road, we want to do it less (date nights) to say, one date night out every two weeks. We're slowly using things up and replacing things like ketchup with all natural ketchup. We used up all our white rice, so it's brown rice now, and so forth.
