I’ve been toying with the idea of going low carb, and have been reading up on all the “diets” out there-Atkins, Protein Power, etc. I admit that the idea of restricting carbs down to 10-20 grams a day is frightening. AND it seems to be a lot more difficult. Frankly, I think I’d be much more successful with a 50-80 grams/day carb limit.
