Mr. Venuto definitely fulfills any goals the reader may want to achieve in that respect, but he steers you farther -- toward the wholistic development of the entire person through growth in every area that may be based on the reader's desire to lose excessive body fat and grow muscle. Reading this book will get you to where you want to go physically through burning fat and feeding muscle, but additionally you will learn how those two endeavors will lead you to a better you who inhabits the better body that Mr. Venuto's program brings about in your life.
