I have a trainer that put me on a program of (A) squats, bench press, deadlift, db press. (B) squats,overhead press,pendlay row, assisted chinups. (3-4 times a week) no cardio. since January I have put on 10 lbs and cannot fit into most of my clothes now, I realize that some of this is muscle, but to me it looks like fat muscle. I don’t really have any definition. I not sure if I actually eat enough.
